Patum AI is an AI story and video studio operated by Creative444 (“we”). This policy explains what data the Patum AI website and mobile app use.

What we collect today

In the current version, Patum AI does not create user accounts and does not upload your photos, videos or voice to our servers. Selfies and videos you record or choose for templates and the avatar feature stay on your device. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may record standard technical data such as IP address, approximate country and browser type to deliver and secure the service; we use the country only to show relevant templates.

Camera, microphone and photos

The app asks for camera, microphone and photo access only when you choose to record a selfie, record your avatar or pick a photo. You can turn these permissions off at any time in your device settings.

When video generation launches

When AI generation becomes available, the photo, video or text you submit will be sent to the AI providers that create your video, only to produce your result. Before that happens we will update this policy, list those providers, explain how long data is kept, and ask for your consent. Faces may only be used with the person’s own consent.

Children

Patum AI is not intended for children under 13.
